1. Payment can be half given before the commission then other half given after.2. I might deny your commission if it's out of my ability or if it makes me uncomfortable.3. Don't use my art without credits and you cannot resell my art without permission!4. Your commission might take a bit for me, since I have school and such! If you want to rush me, you must give me a few more dollars. (Depending on the commission)5. I will ask you if I have permission to post progress of your art. If you don't answer in the next 5 hours, I will post the progress.6. This is purely digital art, no shipping or physical copies.7. Your commission will most likely be done in a few hours or so when I'm online, so please try being active and communicating to me what exactly you want!8. All realistic backgrounds on drawings AREN'T mine, credits to the original creators who took those photos. The commissioner will have one with and without the background without logos. (Will have a different identification of who made them)9. You can't cancel the commission, unless I recommend you to do so when we're talking BEFORE you pay me. If I recommend you to cancel it, it's because it's something I can't do. At this point, I can try helping you find someone else who might be able to do your commission.

What I mean with commercial use is that you can't make merchandise (Prints, keychains, games, advertisements, album covers on non-digital pieces) with my art if you hadn't paid for it!BUT you can use it for streaming, online album covers, roleplays, references for others people and if you have any other questions about what you can use it for you can just ask me at any of the websites I have linked!Quality is worse on carrd but is better when sent!
